Instructions
Heat the oil in a pot and add the chicken
Fry the chicken for 3 minutes
Add the ginger and garlic
Mix and cook for 3 minutes
Add all the spices
Mix and cook for 2 minutes
Add the tomatoes
Mix, bring to boil. Lower heat and and let it simmer on medium low for 20 minutes covered
Julienne the jalapeno pepper and chop the cilantro
You will see a thick tomato gravy
Add the jalapeno peppers and cilantro
Simmer for another 5 minutes. Depending how dry or wet you want the karahi, continue to simmer to your desire
Ready to serve
