Heat a pan and add cooking oil
Add 2 tsp cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds and the 8 curry leaves. Fry for 30 seconds
Add the the onions and fry for 10 mins on medium high heat
Fry until the onions start to turn brown
Add ginger and garlic paste
Fry for a few minutes
Add the ground beef. Turn to high heat
Break up the beef. Fry for 5 minutes.
Separate 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp fenugreek seeds, 2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp salt and 2 tsp kalonji
Add the spices to the beef and mix
Fry for a few minutes
Add the tomatoes, jalapeno and curry leaves
Mix well
Cover and cook on medium low for 10 minutes. Ready to serve
