Desi Scrambled Eggs
Pakistani style breakfast scrambled eggs
Ingredients
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 1 Roma Tomatoe
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper
- 1 tbsp Cilantro
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Evaporated Milk Or any Milk
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 1/4 Salt
Instructions
- Cut all the ingredients
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Add in the milk and cilantro and salt
- Heat a fry pan with a little bit of oil and add in the the cumin seeds and let sputter for 30 seconds
- Add onions, garlic and jalapeno pepper. Saute for few mins
- Add in the black pepper, paprika and turmeric. Saute for a minute
- Add in the tomatoes. Saute for a minute
- Pour in the eggs and scramble them
- Cook to your desired doness
- Serve with whole grain toast
