Crustless Quiche


Crustless Quiche
Very easy to make and bake.
Equipment
- 1 6 Cup baking dish
Ingredients
- 5 Eggs
- ⅓ cup Onions Diced
- 2 Tomatoes One for the base and one for topping
- ½ tsp Chili Flakes
- 1 tsp Garlic chushed
- ⅓ cup Basil (chopped and packed)
- 3 oz Shredded Cheese of your choice
- ½ cup Milk I use 2%
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉
- Beat the eggs in a large bowl
- Chop all the ingredients. One tomato should be deseeded and chopped. The seeds you can chop and added to the beaten eggs
- In a sauce pan, sauté the onions, garlic and chili flakes. Add salt and pepper to taste
- Remove the pan from the stove. Stir in the tomatoes and basil
- In a greased baking dish, layer the onion mixture at the bottom
- In the beaten eggs, add the cheese, tomato seeds, milk, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
- Carefully pour the egg mixture into the dish
- Top with a sliced tomatoes
- Bake for 50 minutes
- Remove from oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving
