Ingredients
  

Spice Marinade

  • 2 lbs Chicken Thighs boneless Whole – Don't cut
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 ½ tsp Garam Masala (all spice)
  • 1 tsp Chat Masala Alternate Amchoor Powder (dried mango powder)
  • ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp heaped Kasoori Methi – Dried Fenugreek Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Additional Ingredients

  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the spices in a bowl
  • Mix the chicken and all the ingredients in the spice marinade
  • Let it stand for 20 minutes
  • Add all the remaining ingredients and marinade for 2 hours
  • Heat the BBQ grill to 400℉. Every grill is different, use your own judgement
  • Oil the grates with cooking oil. Place the chicken onto the grill.
  • Cook 10 mins on each side. Check the internal temperature to be 165℉ before serving
