Baked Turkey Kebobs

Very simple easy to make turkey kebobs. Mix all the ingredients and just bake!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb Ground Turkey
  • 10 oz Fresh Spinach
  • 3/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper
  • 2 Shallots
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Dill Weed
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Crushed Garlic
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Dry Oregano or Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala (all spice)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 F while preparing the kebobs
  • Chop the spinach, jalapeno, dill weed and shallots
  • Add feta cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, olive oil and all the spices
  • Mix with a spatula
  • Add the turkey and mix all the ingredients
  • On a baking sheet place a barking grate. If you do not have a baking grate, line the baking sheet with foil
  • Roll kebobs and place on the grate
  • Place into the oven and bake for approx. 30 minutes
  • Remove from oven and serve with your favorite sauce!
